We take care with official statistics and we correct errors as set out in the editorial method. We do not warrant that every figure remains the latest print after an ONS revision. Check the original release before you act on a number.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If a court strikes out one clause, the rest still apply.
